Because running a business doesn’t have to mean running yourself into the ground.

Stay small, stay intentional, and finally step out of the backend.

You’re not drowning in chaos. You’ve got solid systems in place, your projects are moving, and clients are happy. But managing all the moving pieces? That’s the part that’s starting to wear on you.

Whether you’re bringing on your first team member (hi, that’s me) or already have a small crew, you don’t want to spend your time making sure tasks are assigned, projects stay on track, and nothing falls through the cracks.

And if we’re being honest, with the kind of team and business you want, you don’t need a VA or an OBM — you need a Studio Manager.
I’ll be your second brain, handling the daily operations and client management so you can stay small, stay creative, and stay in control—without doing it all yourself.

You built a business you love — now let’s make sure it runs without you managing every little thing.

Let’s make sure things run smoothly—without you having to manage every detail.

Less admin, more creative flow.
That’s the goal.

Before working with Liz, I was overwhelmed, out of my element, and in desperate need of support. Once I met Liz, I felt confident that I had found someone with a depth of experience in areas I knew little about. Not only was she ready to set up all of our internal systems, but having her help with ongoing project management gave me back SO much time. Instead of just outsourcing tasks, it feels like I have a partner in business growth.

My job? To make sure everything runs like clockwork so you can focus on your craft, take time off without stress, and know that your business is in good hands.

Managing leads, projects, and day-to-day operations so you’re not stuck in the weeds

Tracking project profitability and lead conversion stats to keep your business on course

Refining workflows, updating systems, and making strategic adjustments as needed

+

+

Once everything is in place, I’ll step in to keep things running seamlessly every day.

That means:

manage

03 /

If everything is already solid, we’ll start tackling project and client management right away. Otherwise, we’ll take the time to build a strong foundation before shifting into full management mode.

Setting up or refining your systems and workflows

Cleaning up existing processes so they’re easier to follow

Getting a better handle on how your business actually runs behind the scenes

+

The first month is all about getting your operations in order so your business can run smoother (and with less effort on your part).

Depending on what we find in the Audit, this could mean:

streamline

02 /

Before we dive in, I need to know what I’m working with. You’ll start by filling out a questionnaire so I can get the full picture — what’s working, what’s not, who’s on your team, what projects are active, and your goals for the next few months.

Then, we’ll hop on a kick-off call that’s equal parts deep dive + game plan. I’ll audit your current setup, workflows, and team structure while we outline exactly what needs to happen first. That might mean cleaning up Asana, making small but mighty tweaks, or rolling straight into hands-on management.

No fluff, just a clear plan of action so we can hit the ground running.

While the *what* of what we'll do together daily may look different, here's how it all starts

How it works

Nope! I use a flat rate instead of an hourly fee, so you always know exactly what your expenses will be each month.

Do you work on an hourly basis?

07

Yes and no; For ongoing support, I only work with clients using Asana as their Project Management Software. Other than that I’m more than happy to use whatever CRM (ie. HoneyBook, Dubsado, Moxie, etc.) and communication platform (ie. Slack, Telegram, Voxer) that you prefer.

Do I have to use specific platforms to work with you?

06

In short, a VA is primarily task-oriented and execution-based. They focus on completing specific tasks or projects delegated to them.

A Studio Manager ensures projects and workflows run smoothly, deadlines are met, and systems are optimized. They work as a partner, supporting both the creative work and operational side to ensure the studio runs efficiently. They provide structure, accountability, and management.

An OBM is similar to a Studio Manager but typically supports at a higher level, and are focused on scalability. They often work with larger teams and those who launch or run memberships (although they do work with those who don’t do either).

What’s the difference between a VA (virtual assistant), a Studio Manager, and an OBM (Online Business Manager)?

05

The biggest thing is manage projects. Add in the management of leads and clients (ie. communication, proposals, onboarding + offboarding), create and manage systems (like your Asana account, CRM, Airtable and more), you’ll get someone (me!) who will manage your creative studio.

What do you do as a Studio Manager?

04

Absolutely. I believe that you don’t have to scale your business if you don’t want to. But here’s the thing, just because you don’t want to scale or manage a bunch of people, doesn’t mean you can’t get ongoing support from a Studio Manager. Even if it’s just you and me I can take the “admin side” of things off your plate so that you can get back to being creative, and actually having a life.

It’s just me, does it make sense for me to have a Studio Manager if I don’t want to have a huge team or even scale?

03

If you’re ready to hand off managing client projects, making sure they’re moving forward and on-time, considering shifting client communication away from you, have someone else tackle setting up and managing your systems + workflows ongoing, AND you’re ready to have a right hand, we should chat.

How do I know if I need a Studio Manager?

02

The Suite is for ongoing monthly Studio Management support. I work specifically with brand & website designers and copywriters who are solopreneurs or run a micro-agency with up to 3 contractors on their team.

What type of clients do you work with?
