It depends! Zapier helps automate some of the best time-saving workflows, so a paid plan is ideal. But if you’re sticking to one-step automations, a free account works too.

Nope! Most of my clients run on Asana’s free plan. If you want to use certain paid features, you’re welcome to upgrade, but it’s not required.
