A fast, focused working session for the creative who doesn’t need a full overhaul — you just need expert eyes and live fixes so you can move forward without overthinking.
You’ve got something in Asana, HoneyBook, or your client experience that technically works… but also kind of doesn’t.
It’s not a disaster. It’s just friction — the annoying, momentum-killing kind.
You’re guessing. You’re second-guessing. You’re duct-taping. You’re hoping your clients won’t notice the weird parts.
And every time you touch it, you think: “I should fix this… I just don’t know the best way.”
That’s exactly what Implementensive® is for.
A one-hour, get-it-done working session where you bring the workflow, process, or 'systems thing' that’s slowing you down — and we fix it together in real time.
This isn’t another strategy call that leaves you with homework.
It’s strategy → implementation → momentum.
One hour in, problem out.

The Implementensive® Includes
After our session, I'll send an Action Plan with simple next-steps so you can maintain or knock out more of what we started. From there, you'll have a week to send any follow-up questions to help you keep going.
Document
During our session, I’ll tell you the cleanest, smartest way to set it up — without jargon or complexity. We'll make the updates directly inside Asana, HoneyBook, or your client experience workflow during the call.
Implement
When you book your Implementensive, you'll fill out a questionnaire with your top 3 goals. You show me what’s clunky, confusing, or not quite right so I can get straight to the problem.
Identify
While the *what* of what we'll do in your session may look different, here's how it all starts

Someone who can see where you need to go and is able to get you through the weeds to make it a reality. Before Liz, I was overwhelmed. I’d been using Dubsado, but not to its full capacity. I knew it could work better for me, but I didn't have the time or desire to figure it out. I know now that it all WORKS and it saves me so much time.

You've been around for years, and you have a lot of expertise and experience in what you do, so I knew you would understand exactly what I was looking for and be able to translate that into actionable steps.
" I felt pretty good about my workflows but wanted some advice for refinements"
The Implementensive® is for quick fixes and focused support — not full audits or rebuilds. If you need a complete overhaul of your workflows, onboarding, or systems, those bigger services are the better fit.

Yes and no; For ongoing support, I only work with clients using Asana as their Project Management Software. Other than that I’m more than happy to use whatever CRM (ie. HoneyBook, Dubsado, Moxie, etc.) and communication platform (ie. Slack, Telegram, Voxer) that you prefer.
06
Yes, during an Implementensive®, we’ll be making changes live in whatever platform we’re focusing on. You can either add me as a user, share logins, or we can simply screenshare and you can make the edits live.
05
Yes and no; My expertise is with Asana, Dubsado, and HoneyBook. If you use other platforms (like Notion, ClickUp, ThriveCart, etc.) I can still help, but my knowledge of those platforms is more limited.
04
That’s fine — you can keep it broad. Tell me what feels confusing or where you’re getting stuck, and I’ll help you pinpoint the highest-impact thing to work on during the session.
03
Yes. The goal isn’t to overhaul everything — it’s to fix the thing that’s slowing you down. You can always book another session, or if you need a full setup/migration, the Framework might be just what you need.
02
After you book, you’ll schedule your session and share the 1–3 goals you want to focus on. I’ll review everything ahead of time so we can jump straight into live fixes or workflow mapping on the call. Afterward, you’ll get a wrap-up email with a simple action plan, plus one week of light email support for any follow-up questions.
